Michael is the founder and President of International Merchant Processing Solutions of Belize Ltd.  After a career as a referee and official in the National Hockey League, Mike then turned his energies to business as has been involved in the merchant processing and Banking Industry for over 22 years with a large portfolio of both Domestic (USA) and International businesses. Mike established the company from the need and demand he saw as National ISO director for American Spirit Processing.  In the US, American Spirit is a registered company with HSBC, one of the largest banks in the world and are an accredited ISO & Merchant Service Provider (MSP) with Global Payments Inc.  one of the largest third party merchant processing companies in the world with over 3600 worldwide employees and offices in the US, Canada, Asia Pacific and Europe ,processing billions of dollars in transactions per year.
