Implant Dentistry of Florida He began performing dental implants in 1982 and obtained board certification by the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry in 1993. He owns and practices at Implant Dentistry of Florida in Melbourne, Florida. He has embraced digital dentistry, utilizing CEREC® 3-D CAD/CAM restorations both in-office and CEREC® Connect. He employs the Galileos 3-D cone beam CT imaging technology. After graduation, Dr. Brown joined the United States Air Force and served as a dental officer at Patrick AFB, Melbourne, Florida. In 1981, he left military service and began private practice in Melbourne, Florida. He started training in dental implants in 1982 and in 1985 founded Implant Dentistry of Florida. He became board certified by the American Board of Implantology / Implant Dentistry in 1993. He was one of the first 160 dentists in the world to receive Diplomate status in dental implantology. Janice is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been a member of the Implant Dentistry of Florida team since 2004. She graduated from the Brevard Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2004. Janice enjoys researching new products to improve oral hygiene and continues to study the links between oral disease and patients’ overall health. She takes great pride in making sure each of her patients fully understands their oral condition and how to maintain a healthy mouth and body. Tammy has worked in the dental field since 1988. She started as a dental assistant, then continued her education and became a Registered Dental Hygi ist in 2004. She is originally from Michigan and is a graduate of Mott Community College. She has been with Implant Dentistry of Florida since 2010. Tammy enjoys working with each patient to develop an individual plan for achieving and maintaining oral health. Tammy is enjoying living in the Melbourne area, raising her family in the Florida sunshine. Dee has recently retired from the team to pursue a career in real estate. She has provided outstanding treatment to patients at Implant Dentistry of Florida for over 18 years. We wish Dee the best. Maddie is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Eastern Florida State College in 2017. She became a member of the Implant Dentistry of Florida team shortly thereafter. Maddie enjoys customizing treatment plans to each patient’s individual needs and staying up to date on the newest dental trends and technology. Tamara has lived in Florida since 1995 and is a graduate of the Brevard Community College Dental Assisting Program. She has been a member of the Implant Dentistry of Florida team since 2006. Tamara has developed an extensive knowledge of dental implant procedures and sedation. She most enjoys assisting with dental surgery. Shanice graduated from the Brevard Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2014. She has been a member of the Implant Dentistry of Florida team since 2015. Shanice loves to help patients improve their smiles and feel more confident about themselves. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching the latest movies at the theater with her fiance. Debbie comes from Philadelphia (Go Eagles!), moving to Melbourne in 1986. She has been a dental assistant since 1997. She joined the Implant Dentistry of Florida team in 2017. Emily was born and raised in Florida. She has been in the dental field since 2016 and a member of the Implant Dentistry of Florida team since 2017. She loves treating patients and her goal is to become a dental hygienist. Kaitlin was raised in Florida but ventured off to Alabama where she graduated Dental Assisting school. She returned to Florida in 2017 and joined the Implant Dentistry of Florida team. Kelly has been in the dental field since 2002, starting as an assistant in a pediatric dental office before moving on to a general dentistry office. She has been with Implant Dentistry of Florida since 2014 after relocating from Indiana. She enjoys helping our patients with all their scheduling, finance and insurance needs. She values oral health care and loves helping others obtain a healthy smile. Kelly spends her free time attending Holy Name of Jesus, singing, volunteering at St. Vincent DePaul and spending time with her friends and pets, Sadie and Pepper. Amy is originally from Ohio, graduating from Sinclair Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management in 2008.
