Impact Medical Strategies is dedicated to promoting technologies that impact global health. Impact Medical Strategies is seeking to transform lives of patients all over the world by developing novel medical device and diagnostics which have the potential to impact global health. Our initial focus has been on cancer diagnostics and devices associated with women’s health where we are providing innovative, accessible and affordable solution to global unmet needs. Impact Medical Strategies began operations in 2011 in Boca Raton, Florida. Since then it acquired the development and commercial rights of its first medical device from the University of South Florida in Tampa. In May 2014, Impact Medical successfully launched its first product ClearSpec® Speculum, a FDA approved speculum with an advanced technology that has been proven to improve the standard of gynecological examinations. Since then we have licensed 3 more innovative technologies all of which are associated with women’s health services and cancer diagnostics. Besides licensing technologies Impact Medical also maintains research collaborations with major academic institutions such as Drexel University for the ongoing research and development of our technologies.
