At Imagination Day School we believe that “children learn by doing.”  Each activity is specialized to include an opportunity for individual social/emotional, physical and cognitive development.  A child’s journey in the early years is the foundation for a future of achievement.  We encourage positive feelings and self-esteem through experiences relevant to the child’s individual needs.  We also provide a family environment in which each child will feel safe and excited about being in Imagination Day School. Using a theme based approach, each developmentally appropriate activity involves language, cognitive, gross motor, fine motor, self-help, and social emotional skills. Provides a variety of activities to meet the rapidly changing needs and interests of this age group. Activities foster emotional security, positive self-concepts, physical and cognitive development. They are organized around typical routines that happen throughout the day, such as meal time, nap time, their play interests, such as art and blocks, and are coded to identify the development areas stimulated is an award-winning curriculum for preschool success. Imagination Day School is a licensed childcare center with a reputation of providing excellent care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.  We also provide before and after school care for school aged children from Springwood, Canopy Oaks and Sealey Elementary.
