He co-founded Image Stream Medical in 1999 and as CEO has led our progression from startup to a rapidly growing industry leader in hospital video and information integration. Prior to Image Stream Medical, Eddie served as Vice President of Engineering for Trex Medical, a Thermo Electron company, and as President, CEO, and co-founder of Biomedical Data Systems of Fort Worth, Texas. Early in his career, Eddie served in technology positions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mike Miller has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in medical technology finance, marketing, sales, business development, and general management. He joined Image Stream Medical from NxStage Medical where, as President of the international business, he led the global introduction and rapid growth of the company’s breakthrough home hemodialysis therapy. Previously, Mike was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the cardiac care business at Philips Healthcare, with annual revenues in excess of $500 million. He has held several leadership roles in diagnostic ultrasound with both Philips and Hewlett Packard, and has experience in OR products through leadership positions with Advanced Sterilization Products, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Mike has a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Peter Renzi is a highly accomplished technology leader with more than 20 years of medical product development experience. As co-founder and CTO, he leads our innovation strategy, which has led to a list of industry firsts and patents. Prior to co-founding Image Stream Medical, Pete held senior technology and engineering management positions in medical device companies including TREX Medical, Digitec Corporation, and Diagnostic Archives. Throughout his career, Pete has earned a reputation for innovation and successful execution of new, leading-edge healthcare technology products. He has BS and MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and has continued his education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and UMASS Lowell. Patti joined Image Stream Medical in 2003 as sales administration manager. Previously, she served as director of order administration for Hologic Corporation, and has held multiple management positions at Trex Medical and XRE Corporation. Patti has a BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston. T. Michael Thornton is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience creating products for start-up and large medical device and healthcare IT organizations. He is an acknowledged expert in the areas of healthcare information system data exchange and associated DICOM and HL7 standards. Prior to joining Image Stream Medical in 2004, Michael served as Software Manager and Program Manager for GE Medical System and Visualization Technology, Inc. where he was responsible for surgical tracking and visualization applications. Previously, he was a software engineer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Michael has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to joining Image Stream Medical, Pat worked at AMD where he designed, staffed, and managed the global customer support and quality organizations. While at AMD he drove corporate-wide customer awareness and quality improvement initiatives designed to dramatically improve the overall Customer Experience. The services his team provided were in support of over $6B in annual revenue. Pat holds a BS in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Image Stream Medical, Inc.
