   I don't even know where to start... I've known Iliana for over twenty years, and enlisted her help in a variety of ways during that time. When she told me that she was going to become a "Health and Wellness Coach", the first thing I said to her was "you already are!"  From nutrition, to diet and cooking tips, to exercise and breathing techniques, to business marketing, to goal-setting... the list of subjects that she's on top of seems to be expanding year after year.  If it was within my budget, I'd hire her to work with me exclusively full time!  Probably that's the best way I could summarize my feelings about her and her competency - and how highly I regard her as a trusted friend over the decades. Hi Iliana, congratulations on completing your certification. I cannot think of a better person in this field. For the short time that I have known you, your energy has always been amazing. You are real, spiritually elevated, and a caring & sharing person. I had the opportunity to test one of your product and your energy radiates. I am truly blessed to know you…May this new path bring you much fulfillment. You also truly care about others. You want to help them be their best. I remember us going to a concert together. I was a teenager with very low self-esteem. You helped me pick out an outfit I would never think to wear. But you made me feel like I looked great. Even though I thought I looked awful. You put my mind at ease. We had an awesome night!    So gracious.  Iliana was willing to give her time and expertise to help someone in need.  Definitely gracious, kind and benevolent.
