iKeyless.com is a privately-held technology company headquartered in Louisville, KY USA. iKeyless leads their industry, specializing in the design, manufacture, retail and wholesale distribution of automotive keyless entry remotes and transponder keys. In 2002, the company was started from scratch on a dining room table in a one-bedroom apartment in Louisville, KY. iKeyless would grow to offer consumers and businesses a more affordable and convenient alternative to replacing automotive keys and remotes. Today, iKeyless operates three divisions—iKeyless.com, Car Keys Express, and Solid Keys USA. In 2006, iKeyless.com became the world’s first online retailer of automotive keys and keyless entry remotes. Today, iKeyless is the world's largest company specializing in replacement keys and keyless entry remotes. In 2008, iKeyless purchased a second-hand van and experimented servicing business fleets and car dealerships. Today, the division now known as Car Keys Express, covers over 1,700 cities in 48 states and five Canadian provinces. In 2018, the company will begin offering service in London, England. 2009 marked the beginning of iKeyless’ research and development division. By 2011, iKeyless began manufacturing its own replacement automotive keys. Expansion led to the purchase of the company’s first office building. Today, the company’s campus includes seven buildings on 2.5 acres in Louisville’s downtown. In 2014, iKeyless celebrated the release of its highest product development achievement to date—the world’s first Universal Car Remote. The Universal Car Remote has been received enthusiastically and is sold by retailers across North America. In 2015, iKeyless launched a design and development division, Solid Keys USA.
