Our Company - My Ideal Solutions Our Company began as Ideal Lifestyle Concierge, a personal assistant company created by founder Leila Chang, who had one goal in mind for this company: work-life balance. As the needs of clients evolved so did the company attracting some highly educated and skilled . The company went from doing simple errand-running type tasks for clients around town to helping small business owners practically run their entire business. At the core of the business, one value remains intact. we know balance is equal to more time to enjoy the things you love. Our staff is a group of highly educated women who work from the comfort of their home achieving the ultimate balance between life and work. Ideal Solutions provides meaningful work for women who would otherwise have to leave their home and children for work. To them and to their clients, time is precious and something to be used wisely. Leila Chang started Ideal Lifestyle Concierge after living a busy corporate life as the CEO of several South Florida companies. She recognized the need for personal assistance in her day-to-day life and wanted to make it a available for everyone. In 2006, Ideal Lifestyle Concierge became a reality. In 2013 the company was rebranded as Ideal Solutions, now catering to entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and businesses on a fully virtual basis. Ms. Chang is also the current CEO of Florida Dental Benefits. The firm is focused on offering accessibility to quality affordable dental care throughout Florida with a high touch approach to customer service. Additionally, she was a founder, investor and CEO of Atlantic Dental Benefits, a managed dental care company in Florida. During her tenure, Atlantic Dental has returned a significant profit to investors and has grown the organization to more than 700,000 members and 2,000 dentists throughout Florida. We call ourselves the Dream Team. We complement each other. Each of us has a set of competencies that focuses our efforts in the most efficient way. We can provide strategic virtual assistance that fulfills even the most demanding client requests. Here are the bios of each of the amazing people on our team. Jodi (AKA JoFran) is our Texas Jodi. Her skills include, business operations and management, customer service, relationship management , training, and marketing. She began working with Ideal Solutions as a freelance web developer. She did such an amazing job launching a blog site for a client that we had to have her on our team. She is also a Pinterest wiz and our resident Google+ geek. She also helps make sure our grammar and sentence structure is compliant, clear, and concise. In the past she has worked as a family services coordinator for high net worth families. She worked with a financial advisor and estate planner to assist families in managing their wealth and portfolio. Prior to working in the financial industry she managed annual review processes for over 100 employees and assisted in the hiring and exiting processes for an electric provider in Florida. Meet Carrie. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she has now set her roots firmly in sunny Miami Beach, Florida. She received her BA with honors from Florida International University. Her skills are many and include previous experience in customer service, sales, training, marketing, administration and account management. Carrie ‘s most recent employment was as an administrative assistant for a local law firm. There she provided a variety of services, including; technical web support, meeting coordination, miscellaneous research, daily office operatio ns, and accounts payable. She loves a good challenge and prides herself on being a swift learner. She taught herself to build her own website for blogging and has subsequently helped others create, edit, and brainstorm their own blogs. In her spare time, Carrie loves to practice yoga and create and cook healthy meals for her two young children and husband. Carrie is a certified yoga kids instructor with her 200 RYT. She also enjoys blogging about her yoga journey, fitness tips, and meal plans to help inspire others to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
