In 2015 Tina opened Ideal Family Practice with Stephanie Wise, ARNP. Together they are committed to providing excellent patient care and education to help patients take charge of their health and live the most active life possible. In 2015 Stephanie joined with Tina Dochniak, DNP, ARNP to open Ideal Family Practice. Together they combine their love of medicine and their vision to provide quick access, patient focused care for those experiencing urgent care issues or requiring chronic disease management and improving overall wellness. Our practice provides a comprehensive approach to health care from chronic disease management to wellness and minor emergency care. We work autonomously and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. We are commited to promote and provide quality, affordable health care and improve clinical outcomes. Our same day, no appointment necessary, walk-in Express Care allows you to be seen when you need it most – when you simply don’t feel well. And because we are a family practice office, your co-pay is the same as your normal office visit. We are conveniently located at the corner of Southern Blvd. and Big Blue Trace (NE Corner) – Just west of Palms West Hospital.
