Through great relationships with our clients with projects ranging from multi-unit program roll-out to unique one off concepts, ID Studio 4 has grown over the years to successfully realize the potential in providing the full range of Architecture, Design, MEP & Structural services that meet our client needs in supporting their development programs. We are looking for someone that is self‐motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative and function with minimal supervision within a team environment. Program work would include but is not limited to site surveys, site investigation reports, construction documentation, city approvals and construction administration. • Must demonstrate proficiency in procedures for production of design development and construction documents, architectural planning, detailing, building materials and construction means and methods. We are looking for someone that is self‐motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative within a team environment. Program work would include but is not limited to site investigation reports, construction documentation and city approvals. • Assigns and coordinates the work effort and product of production staff and interns. • Must demonstrate proficiency in procedures for production of design development and construction documents, detailing and building materials.
