Company History ICRE Capital was created by business owners who understand the commercial real estate and infrastructure capital needs of various industries, having served thousands of businesses operating in different industries and countries. Presently, we serve businesses operating in and from the United States, with an emphasis on those based in South Florida where we are headquartered. To better serve clients, we are constantly developing a deeper understanding of each client’s business, its industry and the conditions that it faces. Whether it is an international shipping company that relies on warehouses, a light manufacturing business with financing concerns about its production space or a technology provider that needs to plan for its office space and collocation capital requirements. Working with our partners, we work daily to create innovative and effective solutions to serve the needs of our clients. One of the guiding principles of ICRE Capital is based on the belief of an old African proverb that states “If you wish to go quickly, go alone but if you wish to go far, go together”. With that understanding in mind, ICRE Capital works to serve the commercial real estate and infrastructure capital needs of businesses using solutions based on team work and networks. We serve clients by leveraging the power of networks through the creation of a community of partners that can bring diverse financial capital and other resources to the table. ICRE Capital harnesses the capabilities and resources of our internal team members but we are constantly adding to our network to leverage the resources of our partners. From government programs such as the Small Business Administration (SBA) to private sector capital partners, we are always striving to increase our internal team capabilities and network resources to better serve our clients. With a focus on the capital and business goals of the clients that our company serves, we work to provide them access to cost effective community and environmentally friendly resources for their projects. If we are assisting a client with accessing capital for a rent replacement project such as purchasing a warehouse that they are currently renting, we also strive to offer that client capital to make that facility energy and cost friendly. Such as infrastructure capital for solar panels and Internet of Things (IoT) or cooling efficiency tools to plug power leaks. In addition, ICRE Captial is proud of its team members who volunteer at community organizations that work to provide a better future for children and the disadvantaged. As a consulting firm, our goal is to help businesses access capital for commercial real estate projects such as the purchasing of warehouses, as well as for capital intensive infrastructure like clean energy and technology installations. We are a proud US veteran owned company with a team that has Fortune 500 financial analyst experience and that has advised many businesses in different industries. Our identity as a company is driven by solutions based thinking that focuses on providing access to capital for the commercial real estate and infrastructure needs of the businesses that we serve. Our passion as a team is based on providing clients solutions that will increase the value of their company and that can reduce their long term costs. Though our company is based in beautiful South Florida, we are fortunate to have a team that has done business with clients from multiple continents and that is itself made up of individuals with different geographic and industry backgrounds. That diversity is one of our sources of strength since it provides us an understanding of various business cultures due to those experiences. Our company firmly believes that though research is valuable, there is no substitute for the value of experienced professionals to properly guide clients.
