An entrepreneur at heart, AJ's business endeavors have ranged from beekeeping, running a winery, and, most notably, creating iCracked as Thus, iCracked was born. The name came from a joke that when he broke his device he had ‘downloaded the iCracked app’. He then teamed up with now co-founder Anthony From those humble-dorm room beginnings in 2010, iCracked has grown to 5,000 certified iTechs nationwide and in 11 countries. The company was Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Anthony was encouraged to start businesses at a young age. There was always a new childhood hustle, ranging from starting a mistletoe stand during the holidays, a mobile car wash business in high school, and building a textbook exchange platform in college. Anthony has always been fascinated on how to add new value propositions for customers, that translates into unique and memorable experiences. Anthony graduated from UC Santa Barbara with bachelor's degrees in Business Economics and Technology Management. Upon graduation, AJ and Anthony teamed up to take on a whole new market in smartphone repair. Since starting iCracked, Anthony was named Santa Barbara’s Young Professional of the Year and has been recognized as one of Inc Magazine’s 30 entrepreneurs under 30. Susan joined iCracked as its General Counsel in February 2015 and oversees all legal affairs for the company. She is focused on finding pragmatic business solutions to complex and ever-changing legal issues. Prior to joining iCracked, she was the Corporate Counsel for ClearSlide, Inc., a leading sales and marketing platform company. She was also the founder and managing director of New Venture Law Group. Before opening her own firm, she spent six years as a Partner in the national law firm of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard and Smith and was also a District Attorney in both San Francisco and Sonoma County. John Lowe is a logistics professional with over 20 years of logistics experience managing diverse operations. John joined iCracked in January of 2017 as their Vice President -Logistics and his team supports a wide variety of business operations ranging from Purchasing, Inventory Management and Logistics Operations. Prior to joining iCracked, among other roles John ran Logistic Operations for 6.5 years at Google, and 6 years for Cisco Systems, in manufacturing operations. Additionally he has spent 8 years on the third party logistics provider side first with Menlo Logistics (now part of XPO logistics) and then with MSAS (now part of DHL) Tim is responsible for the growth and success of the nationwide community of over 5,000 independent iTechs. He has more than 30 years’ experience managing distributed workforces, call centers and sales organizations. Prior to joining iCracked, Tim headed Community Operations at Directly where he built customer support communities for growing companies like Airbnb, Lyft and LinkedIn. Previously, as VP of Community Operations at LiveOps, he managed the growth of independent sales and service agents from 1,400 to 20,000 agents. Prior to that, Tim ran the inbound sales call centers for the Victoria’s Secret Catalogue. We've been doing this a while. We are the largest network. "This is an amazing service.
