Additionally, Michael has worked as a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. He is a graduate of Union College and received his MBA from the University of Southern California. Melanie has over 32 years of experience in investigations, SIU/Fraud, adjusting and litigation management for insurance companies, TPAs and legal firms. Prior to ICORP, Melanie served as a Technical Claims Specialist for a regional adjusting firm and SE Regional Investigation and Litigation Manager for a national competitor. With over 28 years of experience as an adjuster and investigator for Liberty Mutual, Melanie brings the client perspective to ICORP, helping to develop value added service sand training. Melanie is Board Certified in Workers’ Comp and Litigation and is a designated Mediation/Trial Specialist by the WCCP-Florida Bar. She has held her all lines adjuster’s license for over 32 years in 11 states.
