The International Bodyguard and Security Services Association (IBSSA) is an NGO founded with the goal of enriching the international security industry. Since its inception in France back in 1994, followed by registration in the USA in 2000, IBSSA has grown to support over 2,000 members spread across more than 110 countries. The membership comprises a wide variety of professionals from private security firms, manpower agencies, tech companies, and individual experts, all united under one goal: enhancing security measures globally. IBSSA's global reach is impressive, with most of its members rooted in corporate or institutional environments within the security sector-all across five continents. A testament to their dedication to unity is their North American Conference held in January 2018, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This event brought together professionals from the United States, Mexico, Canada, and countries throughout the Caribbean. In March 2018, IBSSA's XXI. Annual Congress took place in Tel Aviv, Israel. This congress focused on nurturing collaborative ties between government agencies, police forces, and private organizations. The organization also spotlighted this mission through their 'Partnership for Security' International Joint Conference. Back in the U.S., IBSSA is officially incorporated as a Florida corporation with status N07000009477, based in Sarasota County, FL, since September 25, 2007. Their mailing address is P.O.
