I came from a traditional brokerage which did not allow me to take my marketing to the next level, just simply due to the fact I was leaving so much on the table after each transaction. Following many years with large local, national, and international companies, joining INI in Dec 2014 was the best choice for me. After paying countless fees and paying someone else for work I had done for years, it was most important to me to receive maximum compensation for my hard work. The fees are nominal and extremely fair. There are no required office duties or meetings to attend. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive whenever any advice is needed and the office has a very welcoming environment.
