We apologize, it will take 1-2 weeks for the product to come back in stock. THIS ISN’T THE PRODUCT I NEEDED, HOW DO I RETURN IT? You can return your order within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund for the product only. The product must be unopened and unused. After 14 days, if you wish to return an item there is a 20% restocking fee. Please send us an email at [email protected]. Yes, we provide next day shipping but please give us a call before you place your order so we can get all the details and make sure you don’t leave the site unsatisfied. We have multiple suppliers across the United States, we can get almost any pool products you may need. However, please contact us at [email protected] so we can quote you a price and lead time. Please note that any special orders are non-refundable. If there are some damages on items please do not refuse the whole shipment. Make a note of it on the delivery bill so we can file a claim and we will gladly help you find another way to get the damaged items to you or just give you a refund.
