As one of approximately 3,000 attorneys who are also Certified Financial Planners�, Chris Hynes' education, training and experience furnish him with a unique perspective on complex financial structures, issues and products. Since his admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 1995, Chris has provided estate planning, insurance planning, financial and tax counsel to hundreds of individuals, businesses and non-profit entities. While serving as Senior Partner and Director of Advanced Planning for an independent, 10-advisor Massachusetts-based wealth management team, Chris quickly earned a reputation among his peers as a financial innovator in the insurance and fixed product arena. Chris' demonstrated ability to combine and modify existing financial products in order to engineer esoteric solutions to common financial problems generated a demand from other advisors for his expertise, counsel and intellectual property. Consequently, in 2007, Chris and a partner founded Cash For Life Strategies, LLC (CFL), and in so doing, established a national platform from which Chris could share his recognized creativity, passion and expert case design to financial planners across the country. At one point, CFL actively counseled over twenty advisors in eight states. Currently, Chris serves as principal of Hynes Financial Services LLC, a firm comprised of in-house and affiliated experts in the areas of estate, legal, tax and deferred compensation planning for affluent individuals, business owners and their key employees. Chris also serves as a consultant to numerous Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations and their management. In the charitable arena, he is best known for creating the Giving When It Doesn't Hurt� (GWIH) program, a series of unique, proprietary strategies that collectively enable donors to give without diminishing rate of return on assets or eroding their family legacy. . AAS is affiliated with advisors certified by the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and provides financial planning, cash flow coaching, financial aggregation, and risk management solutions to professional athletes. Moreover, through its financial literacy initiative, AAS' Financial Life Skills Training has also helped many elite college and minor league athletes understand how they can Beat The Odds Twice� by recognizing and addressing the major reasons that drive professional athletes to financial failure. Chris is currently conducting this four-part Program with the Worcester Sharks, the AHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks.
