I am a person who is naturally more task oriented and constantly thinking “how can I do this better and simpler?” I have been married 30 years and have five children. To maintain order and peace in our home I have had to come up with organizational systems that could be frequently adjusted, sometimes on a shoestring budget! In addition, I love to learn and share what I have learned with others. I do not make you get rid of anything. Instead, I offer gentle encouragement and support as you make the decision about what items to remove. These will be items that are broken and unfixable, no longer of use to you, or no longer have value to you. These are things you don’t love, use, or need. You will decide to trash, donate, or sell the items. Sorting is the quick, simple step of grouping similar items together. This will help determine just how much space we need for them and the best location that will meet you and your family’s needs. This step provides a visual of how much space we need for storage. Much of the time I can utilize containers you already have. If some new ones are needed you may purchase them now or I can purchase them for you.
