Ms. Smilowitz is the President and Chief Executive Officer of HydroGeo Group. Ms. Smilowitz earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania and is responsible for routine operations of HydroGeo Group and the evolution of the corporate vision.
