We decided to move from Volusia County to the Sweetwater Oaks community in Longwood so that we could be closer to family, and so that our children would attend the highly rated Seminole County Schools. We were renting at the time, and had to be out of our home when our lease expired in the Summer. Steven was excellent during the home search process, making himself available to us to look at houses just about every single day and on weekends. Steven helped us look at two dozen houses before finding the perfect home. Although we were on a tight timeline, we decided to buy a bank-owned foreclosure property which Steven explained would add additional complexity and time to the closing process. It was a very stressful time for us with our lease expiring and with a new school year starting, and Steven was a fierce advocate for us, contacting the selling agent, closing company, our mortgage company and many others daily in order to get the deal closed and to help speed up the process. He kept us well informed the entire time and was able to help us find a great home that we plan on living in for a very long time.
