A Company of Excellence Horn Builders was started by Chuck Horn in 1999 with the philosophy of building strong client relationships by creating projects with extraordinary quality and service. When Horn Builders was formed, Chuck had already worked in the building industry for over 10 years and had graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management. Drawing on experience in hands-on field techniques, commercial buildings, high-end remodeling and planned community new home construction, he decided to start a company that focused on one-of-a-kind projects that offered the opportunity for creative challenges as well as for exceeding customer expectations. Horn Builders was building green long before “green” became the new building trend! Our company philosophy has been to always – Build using the best products available and build beyond the minimum current building code Chuck Horn is a certified green professional from the National Association of Home Builders and is a member of the Florida Green Builder Coalition.
