Transitioning to 501(c)(3) status in 2010, it's now registered under Honey Shine, Inc., based in Miami, Florida. The organization is dedicated to nurturing girls and young women by enriching their minds, bodies, and souls, guiding them on a path toward realizing their potential. At the heart of its mission, each participant, affectionately called a 'Honey Bug,' engages in dynamic self-expression. They cap off every session by jotting down thoughts and ideas across various topics, prioritizing voice and encouraging vision beyond societal stereotypes to see themselves as strong leaders making impactful contributions.
