We retired from the supermarket industry to begin our real estate careers in 1999. Deborah retired as an Assistant Store Manager for Publix Super Markets and Cory as the Director of Meat and Seafood Operations for Gooding’s Supermarkets. Our desire to own real estate brought us into the real estate business in 1997. By 1999 it had become evident that real estate was our future. Early on we purchased properties to repair and sell. These efforts exposed us to many different scenarios in which we were able to help others. To say that we just list, show and sell homes would be an understatement. We have helped many facing the threat of foreclosure. We have helped many who thought they could never own their own home. Many people are looking for a way out of their present situation. We have become creative real estate experts. As availability for housing changed in 2002, we made the move to develop and construct new homes. By 2006 we had opened a development company named Homes By AnnDavid, Inc. We have become seasoned builders of single family homes. As real estate agents, it has become our mission to provide our experience and expertise to our customers. In 2006 we formed Homes By AnnDavid, Inc. We have become seasoned builders of single family homes. Each customer is unique in their requests and we strive to make their dreams come true. We have a “trade in your house” program which has been an option for those seeking to own a new home. This provides opportunities for customers to experience new home ownership.
