Our CEO has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting her financial career at the world-renowned Lloyd's of London in New York City over 25 years ago, and still holding her securities license. Theresa has been running our day-to-day operations since our inception.  We are not your average "broker shop" down the block. Home1st is a "preferred" partner with the top national lenders. While most broker shops have relationships with just 3-5 lenders, we maintain relations with over 50. This is important because this truly makes us a one stop shop.
