Home Sharing Sarasota is a service offered to facilitate and maintain mutually beneficial shared housing relationships. You may be required to provide verification of income to the home provider. A background check may be requested by the homeowner. You may be asked to provide references. If both parties are interested, we will help you set up a mutually agreed upon “Trial Period.” This is an opportunity to find out what it is like to live together. Also, we urge providers to try to accommodate the fact that during the trial period the seeker may be paying rent elsewhere.
