We needed to redo our kitchen...but had gotten many estimates and they were either to expensive, or the people just to scary to give them any money. My Neighbor told me she knew a guy named Nelson who had installed her kitchen cabinets and was really pleased with him. I reached out to Nelson (the installer) and explained that we were in a tight budget. Nelson then suggested we visit Home KO in Miami (we live in the Keys). My husband and I decided to give Home KO a try. When we arrived, we found a friendly, smiling receptionist who in turn immediately directed us to a salesperson. Ricardo (the salesperson) was extremely nice, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly willing to help us out. We first looked around and informed him we really couldn't afford a lot, he showed us different options, prepared a sketch for us and we finalized the sale. Today I have a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops at a price we could afford. The product quality is amazing (all solid wood) and we are extremely happy with our new "much needed" kitchen. Nelson (the installer) did a WONDERFUL job, picking the product up for us, delivering it, putting the cabinets together and installing them. We will recommend Home KO to our family, friends, neighbors and yes even strangers anytime. I am writing this letter with much pleasure to inform your organization of how satisfied I am with the professional quality of managerial and sales service that I have received on several occasions when visiting your store . I would like to start by saying that the minute that one walks in your store not only does one see a beautiful showroom, but one is also greeted by very pleasant individuals who are ready to get you to a sales representative. During all my visits I have been very fortunate to have been assisted by one of your sales representative by the name of Mr. Ricardo Cruz. I can only say that he has the necessary knowledge and expertise in his line of work that is sometimes rare to find. Mr. Cruz did in fact helped me design several kitchens for my family members and myself. He is a total professional in his work and also very pleasant and polite; always ready to give you ideas with a smiling face. It trully has been a pleasure having met Mr. Cruz and for him to have assisted me in purchasing sets of kitchen cabinets from your store. I feel it is my obligation to write this letter due to the fact that sometimes good deeds are never told, and only the disgruntle customers are the ones that you mostly hear from. I just want to advise you that you have a loyal customer in me and I will keep shopping in your store for many years to come. I will also be recommending your store, products and services to many people, including friends and family.
