My name is Steve Davenport and I’m the owner and licensed inspector of Home Inspections of Saint Johns, LLC. I am a Florida native and spend much of my free time outdoors boating and fishing. I have been a Florida licensed General Contractor for 27 years and built my own home on the Saint Johns River. Before I decided to become a licensed home inspector, I was responsible for the construction of over 1000 homes and various project clubhouses over the course of my career.
