My journey first started doing Weight Watchers with my mom. It was here where I first learned the importance and nutrition and exercise. And while this helped get me on track, I had much higher ambitions of getting an amazing physique… It wasn’t until I finally found a coach who had gotten amazing results that helped guide me!
