Ms. Holman joined the Company in 1986 and worked in various positions within the company’s retail operations, including serving as General Manager at several different Holman dealerships. Ms. Holman served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Holman Automotive before becoming Chairman of the Board in 2015. Her civic memberships include serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey; serving as Vice Chair of the Community Foundation of South Jersey; and serving as a member of the Moorestown Friends School Committee. She holds a B.S. from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s degree from Old Dominion University.
Mr. Ortell joined the Holman family of companies in 1986 as an internal auditor, transferring to ARI in 1987. In his time with ARI, he served in multiple operational and financial positions with increasing responsibility, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer, eventually serving as president of the company from 2010-2015. Mr. Ortell led the company through turbulent economic times while continuing to grow the business, expanding to new global markets, and most notably, building on the culture of learning and employee development that put ARI on FORTUNE’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University.
Mr. Bates’ career began with Holman in 1989 when he completed an internship as a service writer at Holman Ford. He went on to complete an internship as an ASE-certified service technician in ARI’s Call Center. Upon graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Economics in 1991, he joined ARI full time as a financial analyst in the accounting department and went on to serve in several management positions within ARI and Holman, eventually being named Chief Financial Officer for all of Holman. As CFO, he was responsible for the global financial operations for all of the organization’s operating companies. He was named Chief Operating Officer in 2015 and was responsible for identifying potential synergies among Holman’s operating companies and implementing operational efficiencies across the various areas of business. Mr. Bates was appointed President and CEO of Holman Consumer Services in 2016 and is responsible for leading three of Holman’s six businesses: Holman Automotive, Steward Financial Services and Holman Insurance Services.

Mr. Conroy joined ARI in 1994 as part of the Canadian client services team and went on to serve in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ARI Canada and Executive Vice President of Global Operations. Mr. Conroy was a key architect of ARI’s strategy and eventual expansion into the European market. He led ARI’s most recent strategic planning initiative resulting in a focused approach to growth and service delivery through 2020. Mr. Conroy became President and Chief Executive Officer of ARI in 2015. Today, he serves as President and CEO of Holman Business Services while continuing to serve as CEO of ARI. His leadership, strategic planning and execution experience are invaluable to the company’s global operations and overall success. Mr. Conroy attended the University of Ottawa and the Stephen J.R. Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
