About HoffsTech, LLC HoffsTech, LLC is an organization dedicated to helping people learn programming skills, get a job in the tech industry, and progress their career. We are a professional training organization focusing on web based training (WBT) using the most current technologies. My passion for training is insurmountable. As technology professionals, we are always faced with rapidly changing technologies and we must adapt! Resistance is futile! Training is the key to staying afloat in a sea of fresh collegiates who can spew buzzwords like a BOSS! However, there is a big difference between being able to talk My years of experience designing, developing, and managing global corporate training programs gives me the ability to effectively organize training programs by learning objectives and needs analysis. Many IT Pros out there say they are trainers and they certainly know their stuff but there is a difference between knowing and teaching. I aim to provide my students with an immersive learning experience, not just a bunch of lectures and handouts. I have studied learning and instructional design so that I can combine my skills in development and training effectively.
