Who We Are Hire Quest is a trusted name in temporary staffing. We provide the back-office support team for Trojan Labor and Acrux Staffing franchised branch locations across the United States. Trojan Labor provides temporary staffing services which includes general labor, industrial, and construction personnel. Acrux Staffing provides temporary staffing services which includes skilled, semi-skilled and general labor industrial personnel, as well as clerical and secretarial personnel. Hire Quest LLC was formed in June 2002 with the combined assets of our predecessor, Productivity Partners International, Inc., and its 2 subsidiaries, Productivity Partners Franchising, Inc. and Efficiency, Inc. They were the outgrowth of a reorganization of several Florida corporations that were, directly or indirectly, franchisees of Labor World, a competing temporary staffing company. Later, we improved our original expansion plan to handle rapid growth by placing proper controls to ensure remote locations were operating in accordance to our standards and best practices. We changed our business model from company-owned offices to franchised outlets with owner-operators giving them a vested interest in the success of their business. From 2003 to 2004, our revenue grew 51% after our branch acquisitions from Ready Staffing became franchised, mostly to the very same Ready Staffing employees who ran them. In 2005, we implemented our own cloud-based payroll software to all of our branches and franchise owners enjoyed record profits as they were able to focus more directly on sales/growth and effortlessly expand into new markets. We were named in the Charleston Business Journal as the #3 fastest growing company in the region in 2005 and 2006.
