The Company Himalayan Builders and Engineers Private Limited is 'A' class construction company registered with the Department of Industry and Office of the Company Registrar as per the rules of Private Limited Company Act 2021. The objective of the company is to carry out wide range of building and civil engineering works. It has working capital of NRs 15,000,000 and issued capital of NRs 10,000,000 and is authorized to carry out all types of construction, repair and maintenance works through out Nepal. We are one of the specialized contractors producing high quality industrial buildings through our very experienced and disciplined management team and workforce. Constructions carried out by us are well planned, well positioned and built to standards. We have developed a range of skills to support our customer activities, which in many cases, have involved becoming an integral but discreet part of our operations. We undertake design and build contracts, construction management and general contracts for both residential and commercial buildings including emergency and planned maintenance, refurbishment, expert renovation and restoration, alterations and new build. We provide our customers expert advice from inception to completion on their construction requirements. As a design and build contractor we ensure that we understand our client's business objectives which not only enables us to identify and adopt the most appropriate new build construction solutions but also adds value to every element of the process. We provide single source delivery system for both design and construction services. Our Construction Management approach focuses on vigorously controlling project time, cost, quality and scope throughout a project's pre-construction and construction phases. Our integrated project management system accurately accesses the project status to minimize the owner's risk. We select and manage the best suited team for the project's specific needs. Our comprehensive services during the pre construction and construction phases assure on the project's timely and on-budget completion. Himalayan Builders and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (HB) is a specialist civil contractor specialized in building construction and renovation works. HB takes pride in being a regular contractor for the American Mission in Nepal since 1994 and have carried almost all of the Mission's construction, seismic assessments, retrofitting, repair and maintenance works including civil, structure, plumbing, electrification, computer networking and interior since then. Besides, my company has carried out construction as well as repair and maintenance works for the United States Information Services, Lincoln School, United States Agency for International Development, The British Council, Canadian Cooperation Agency, French Embassy, some reputed schools, and many commercial and private residences in Nepal. HB is supported by three sister companies. The Managing Director of the company, Mr. Jhanak Datta Khanal, has attained 19 years of professional experience and is running all these companies successfully. Mr. Khanal, owns all these sisterly companies and the other two Board of Directors Mrs. Sushila Khanal and Mr. Jagat Raj Khanal act as same for the sister companies also. Selection for using the particular company depends upon the nature and the work volume.
