The Director of Higher Ground, Kathleen Candales, wants her studio and company performances to take viewers to higher ground emotionally, spiritually and artistically. She is a firm believer in education and putting children first. Her passion is to give the community a message of hope, purpose and love of life. She believes that with God by your side, anything is possible.                 Higher Ground Performing Arts Higher Ground Performing Arts Studio offers a wide range of dance classes, music lessons and acting lessons for all ages and abilities.  Our curriculum includes Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Latin Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Break Dance, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Pre-School Dance, Salsa, Zumba, Voice, Musical Theater, Theater, Guitar and Piano. New programs are constantly being added to better accommodate today's growing entertainment industry. Whether dancing, singing or acting just for the fun of it, or training with a career in mind, we help guide all of our students to achieve their aspirations and dreams. As parents, we realize you have a choice between several different dance, music and acting schools. All schools are not created equal. We're constantly updating our facility and classrooms. Our staff participates in ongoing training to ensure that we always provide our students and parents with the best experience possible.
