Make no mistake, our properties are making a real rental income right now. We are now in a position where we can offer a few, selected properties, complete with a rental stream, to a very few qualified investors. We will not make any outrageous claims of what you will make, but we are currently making a return on investment in the region 12% per year. That is for the rental income only, we have not factored in what can only be an eventual increase in the capital investment as property prices bottom out and rise.
