a biscuit house with a mission We love making good in our community! We have always wanted Hey Giant! to be a place where people hang out and share good things. We love the amazing people we have shared our space with so far and now we are expanding so that we can do more! Another passion of ours is making handmade, from scratch, delicious biscuits and waffles! Welcome to Hey Giant! Little Biscuits & Waffles! We want to use the good will of our community to help continue our mission of spreading learning and creativity in Seminole Heights. offer Hey Giant! workshops, classes and tutoring for a free or reduced price! Our goal is to reach everyone that makes up this amazing neighborhood we call home. Just as before, our classes & workshops will be in the late afternoons and evenings. As our morning biscuit and waffle house offerings expand, we plan to use the proceeds from that venture to fund many of our Hey Giant! projects. Our mission is to bring our three passions together – biscuits, creativity and community. There are many opportunities to volunteer at Hey Giant! from tutoring to holding workshops and classes for kids and adults of all ages.
