Chemical Intermediates for the manufacture of agriculture and pharmaceutical products Craig Rogerson is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at Hexion Inc. Craig joined Hexion in July 2017. Prior to joining Hexion, Craig served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemtura Corporation, a position he held from December 2008 until April 21, 2017. Craig also served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hercules Incorporated from December 2003 until November 2008. Craig joined Hercules in 1979 and served in a number of management positions before leaving the company to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wacker Silicones Corporation in 1997. In May 2000, Craig rejoined Hercules and was named President of its BetzDearborn Division in August 2000. Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Craig held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement, and Chief Operating Officer. Craig serves on the boards of PPL Corporation, the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Industry, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Craig holds a chemical engineering degree from Michigan State University (MSU). He also serves on the advisory board of the MSU Chemical Engineering & Materials Science Department. Joseph "Jody" Bevilaqua is Chief Operating Officer at Hexion Inc. Jody joined Hexion’s predecessor company, Borden Chemical, in early 2002 as Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development. Later that year, he assumed leadership for the Performance Resins portfolio of businesses. In 2004, he was named President of the Phenolic and Forest Products Division, a position he held until August 2008. He was then named President of The Epoxy, Phenolic and Coating Resins Division, a position he held until October 2016. He also serves on the board of directors in the company’s foundry joint venture, Hueteness Albertus. Jody previously served in business leadership roles with companies such as Alusuisse-Lonza, GE Plastics, and Woodbridge Foam Corporation, and has more than 30 years of experience in the plastics and chemicals industry. He has been active in various industry councils, serving as President of the Polyurethane Foam Association and on the board of directors for the Formaldehyde Council, Inc. Jody is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned degrees in economics and business administration. George Knight is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hexion Inc. Prior to his current position, George served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2010–2016. He worked for Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc., the predecessor company to Momentive in a similar capacity from 2005–2010 and prior to that Hexion’s predecessor company Borden Chemical. He served from 2002–2005 as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Borden Chemical, from 2001–2002 as Vice President of Finance for Borden Chemical, from 1999–2001 as Vice President of Finance for Borden Foods, from 1998–1999 as Vice President of Financial Mergers and Acquisitions and from 1997–1998 as Director of Financial Mergers and Acquisitions. George also worked for Duracell International, Inc. as Assistant Corporate Controller and then as Asia Pacific Finance Director, and for Deloitte & Touche. George received his bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., and his master’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University.
