Eric came into the house and with in very few minutes found that the leak was between the kitchen cabinets and the outside cinder block of the house. He fixed it in no time and located another issue that needed repaired and he completed the job with great professionalism. They did so (early the next morning) and the technician came to give an estimate on the same day (Tuesday). They scheduled the commode replacement for the next day (Wednesday) and called to alert me when they were within 30 minutes of the property. The job was done well and properly and the whole job, including clean-up, was completed within 90 minutes. The price was exactly, to the penny, as quoted. I am a very happy customer”
