Help and Information Some of our products can be washed in a washing machine and cool tumble dried and others will need to be dry cleaned. Please check the individual washing instructions on the products. Your item will normally be despatched within 3 working days (usually it will be the next working day) by Royal Mail Track and Trace, which (for UK) should reach you within 2-3 working days. If there is a particular deadline you are aiming for, please give us a ring to confirm or select our next day delivery to guarantee your delivery date. If for some reason there is a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you to discuss it. Where are the products made? All our products are made by us here is the UK. We have a manufacturing unit in Devon where we carry out all our operations. Help and Information
