With 20 years of experience, 13 of which have been in Florida, Lara has worked with both public and private clients to help solve their complicated drainage, infrastructure and site challenges by presenting cost effective solutions. Megan Russell-Bean Megan has over 15 years of experience in planning, organizing and supervising administrative and accounting related functions, and 3 years of experience in real estate. As Comptroller for Heidt Design, she is responsible for general accounting, policy development, cash management, budget, audit preparation and forecasting revenues and expenditures. Her role at Heidt design is to provide commercial and residential design services. As a registered landscape architect with more than 15 years of experience, Nick possesses a strong background in planting design, sustainability, and horticulture. He gained valuable knowledge related to landscape construction, sustainable design practices, and low-impact development as a former owner of a successful design/build firm and as a research assistant at the University of Florida. At Heidt Design, Nick uses his diverse skill set to assist in landscape designs for large-scale communities, produce landscape and hardscape construction documents, create illustrative project renderings, 3-D modeling, and provide project support for Heidt Design team members. Orialy has over 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, and over 3 years creating graphics for different design medias. The combination of these fields allows her to assist the LA Team with creating logos, exhibits, helping design project books, and perform all other administrative tasks. Major: BSBA in Business Management and MLA in Landscape Architecture Rachel has over 12 years of Landscape Architecture experience. As a Landscape Architect for Heidt Design, she has hands on experience with the conceptual stage of a project to the construction observation phase. Rachel performs many aspects of a project from site analysis, research and permit plans, site layout, hand and computer rendering of masterplans and concepts. She also has performed cost estimates, created marketing books from Photoshop and InDesign, and can generate final construction plans. Rachel has experience in designing community entry areas, Zen gardens, picnic areas, splash zones, playgrounds, different forms of parks, pools, and amenity areas.
