The Canadian Code of Conduct for the Debit and Credit Card Industry focuses on disclosing information to merchants in a “clear, simple, and non-misleading manner.” As a merchant advocate and proponent of fair and transparent business practices, Heartland fully supports the Canadian Code of Conduct.
