Mr. Nilsson has a long (>30 years) experience within International Sales & Marketing, holding a M.Sc. in Engineering , Project Management and Industrial Marketing. He has held positions in many countries like Canada, Germany, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. He has also been making several international J&V contracts in for eaxample USA with NASA, GE, MTS, Battelle as well as in Europe. Mr Nilsson started his international Real Estate investing business in 2006 in Sweden. Bought and hold properties for rentals in an escalating number of deals. Started in 2013 Top Eagle Investments in Las Vegas, Nevada. Built up a network of investors, brokers and people involved within Real Estate. Had several J&V with Real Estate agents in east part of USA. Bought and sold HUD houses, refurbished houses and had also a program for people who normally could not get loans in a bank. Mr Nilsson also built up an organization supporting his Real Estate business. Steven Zhao has over ​10 years of commercial ​and residential ​real estate brokerage experience.​ ​ An industry​ ​lead​er in investment sales, Steven, has closed over 3 billion in transactions​​. ​He​ has a large client base of high net worth families, merchant developers of single tenant​, triple net lease​ ​assets​ and institutional investors. ​Strong International business relationships with hedge funds, government entities, and insurance groups. Steven is an accomplished broker within the Sovereign Wealth Fund in which he represents various prestigious Developers, Corporation of China and other prestigious affiliates in his network. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the legal and real estate market over a wide range of residential and commercial product types. She has international Investors , thereby expanding her broad based appeal to not only the North American real estate market investors, but also to those in the ever expanding South and Central American markets. Mrs. Grasso has established direct relationships with many of the Industry leaders, banking institutions, funds, REIT’s and Real Estate Attorneys in acquisition and sales for such diverse products as REO’s, NPN’s, Land Development and other real estate products on a bulk and individual basis.
