We know that you have many choices where you can spend your free time. We are very excited that you have chosen to become or are considering becoming a volunteer with Baptist Health South Florida. Creating a healthy community requires planning that weaves together access to preventive healthcare, infrastructure designed to support healthy lifestyles, an environment that encourages fitness and nutritious eating, and the use of art and culture to create a sense of place. Using this foundation and working with community stakeholders, the Healthy West Kendall (HWK) coalition seeks to create the healthiest community in Florida.
