All of their meals are prepared fresh with all-natural, whole ingredients in a licensed commercial kitchen and sold fully cooked so all you have to do is heat and eat! Healthy Coast Meals in FWB… Saturday 9-3 We are located at: 98 Eglin Pkwy NE Suite 8 FWB, FL 325467 (across from Starbucks). Our meals are designed with fresh, wholesome ingredients. All of our meat is all-natural, anti-biotic and hormone free, our seafood is wild caught, and our produce is always fresh. We use organic and local ingredients as much as possible and we make sure that none of our ingredients contain GMOs, MSG or preservatives. Every meal is made to provide you with the highest nutritional value. Our meals are low in sodium and we never use refined sugar. We only use healthy fats to cook with such as extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee. All of our meals are gluten free and we offer low-carb and paleo options as well. If you have a special dietary need we can customize your meals to meet your requests. If you suffer from food allergies, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time as we are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have and inform you which meals are allergen free. We place allergen warning on our meals that contain wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, tree nuts and shellfish. nights seemed like such a large task. Some nights I was up until 10 or 11 just finishing my food for the week – – this meal prepping service/company has seriously made my life and afternoon. I am so thankful that I found Ashley! Oh and OF COURSE the food is absolutely delicious, and I love that it’s different weekly. Thank you for bringing this wonderful company to the Destin area!
