Company Background As a leader in the development and delivery of information technology solutions for health care, HealthTrio LLC has deep roots in the health care management software industry. Produced and enhanced for over 25 years, our flagship product, a claims administration solution, empowers health care payors with information integration, medical management, workflow automation, and process improvement. With the evolution of the health care industry, due in part to changing markets, expanded regulatory environments, and technology advancements, HealthTrio recognized an opportunity to deliver administrative savings to the plan. This was the dot.com era, when consumers had grown to expect a best-of-breed online user experience with their health plan. Best-of-breed portal solutions became a natural area for HealthTrio to encourage further savings, improving the management of care delivery and quality coupled with transparency tools for the member. These solutions deliver a substantial return on investment to clients, as well as empowering consumers to better manage their care. By 2003, we added clinical components such as shared records and shared care management.
