established Healing The Generations in 2000. They are both physical therapists originating from Europe Nadine is from Belgium and Wouter is from The Netherlands. They each graduated in 1988. Eventually, they met in Florida and married in 1993. Their son Matthew was born in 1994 and has been developmentally challenged since birth. Being Matthew's parents has made an impact on their understanding of the healing process and how to care for someone in need. They believe in treating the body as a whole and they never stop thinking "outside the box". Their belief is that Founded Healing The Generations and Developed All the Programs Including the Comprehensive Pediatric Programs, the Lymphedema Management Program and Its Support Group, the Pain Management Program and the Wellness Center (2000 – Present) Joined the Integrative Medicine Program at Tampa General Hospital in order to Provide Craniosacral Therapy to Their Patients (January 2015 to May 2016) Lymphedema Support Group Leader at Healing The Generations Intro to CST to Healing The Generations Staff and Various Support Groups I graduated in 1988 as licensed physical therapist from Thim van der Laan in Utrecht, The Netherlands. I have been involved in several therapeutic settings but my current passion is to help people who are suffering from chronic swelling. I am very proud of leading our Lymphedema Treatment Center and my motivation is to give my patients a sense of normalcy again. I also enjoy taking care of people who have acute orthopedic pain as I like to use my manual therapy skills.
