WHO WE ARE Healing Properties Florida Halfway House and Sober Living in Delray Beach’s mission has been to provide a safe, clean and healthy halfway house for men recovering from the disease of alcoholism/addiction. Our halfway house is centrally located in Delray Beach, Florida, close to meetings, jobs, Atlantic Avenue and the beautiful Florida beach. We require involvement in a 12 step program and provide random drug and alcohol testing. We are dedicated to assisting our halfway house residents in every way possible to achieve a productive and successful livelihood while at Healing Properties Sober Living. We reserve the right to be extremely selective in our screening process and are interested in halfway house residents who are motivated and serious about their recovery. Our goal is not to be a treatment center but help our halfway house resident’s transition from inpatient to independent living. With this in mind we are going to offer each halfway house resident a safe, healthy, sober and structured environment to implement daily living skills. HOW WE HELP We find that by living the principles of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous in our daily lives our halfway house residents have become accountable and responsible members of our sober living community and society as a whole. Healing Properties Sober Living believes that the byproduct of working with a sponsor, working the 12 steps, going to meetings and interacting with sober supports makes the rules that we enforce almost inconsequential. Our goal is to have a halfway house where the life experiences of our residences can be an example to the others within our community and where they can build from each other’s recovery path. We are a Delray Beach Halfway House & Sober Living Community for men. Our goal is to help transition men from inpatient rehab to independent living. Since 2002, Healing Properties Florida Halfway House and Sober Living in Delray Beach’s mission has been to provide a safe, clean and healthy halfway house for men recovering from the disease of alcoholism/addiction We require involvement in a 12 step program and provide random drug and alcohol testing. We can provide expert services based off 15 years of addiction recovery support and rehabilitation experience. We provide sober living rehabilitation based off the effective 12-step process and "Big Book" coursework founded by AA. We are only interested in halfway house residents who are motivated and serious about their recovery to ensure the success of everyone's journey. Tim has owned and operated Healing Properties Sober Living since 2002. He purchased the facilities at Healing Properties and began his work in sober living and rehabilitation as a way of giving back and helping others the way he had been helped. As Healing Properties' Resident Manager, Jun is responsible for managing all behavioral health tech staff members. He ensures the accuracy of all intake, administrative, and maintenance issues within the residential department. Jun serves as the essential link between clinical and residential departments by strictly enforcing all rules so clients can become accountable and responsible men who contribute to the local community. Jun works closely with all clients to aid them with learning essential life skills that can be taken with them after graduation. As a previous resident at Healing Properties, Jun understands first-hand the fear and discomfort clients experience upon admission. He loves being a part of Healing Properties' team as he gets to witness individuals, from all different backgrounds, who come and grow together as a community towards the common goal of happiness without the use of substances.
