Healing Hearts and Minds The name of the company was designed to incorporate both aspects of ourselves by bringing healing of the mind through mental health practices such as meditation, breath work , mindfulness practice, hypnosis, NLP and EFT modalities which provide mental clarity and peacefulness. Healing of the heart involves clearing our emotional and physical bodies of repressed emotions and stagnant energy in our chakra system. The spiral represents the movement of energy which is always fluid around our bodies and in our minds when we are in a balanced state. When we are not in a balanced state of mind and body our emotional or mental blocks cause us pain, stress and suffering fortunately these blocks can be eliminated to restore balance in our lives using the modalities mentioned above.
