The HCTec executive team has continued to bring new ideas for growth and innovative solutions for clients since our inception in 2010. William is the founder of HCTec. He founded HCTec in 2010 and has led the company through incredible growth and transition since its inception. In addition to his executive leadership role, he is the primary driving force behind the Managed Services practice. Bill is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology professional with a diverse background in mergers and acquisitions, finance, law, and other business functions. He comes to HCTec with extensive leadership experience of early-stage high-growth technology companies. Brandyn oversees the development of a high-performing and engaged work culture for HCTec employees across the nation. Her experience across the healthcare, telecommunications, government, hospitality, education and non-profit sectors give her unique perspective and deep experience in talent management. Randy is a versatile industry leader with more than three decades of proven success in the healthcare field. He has a strong business acumen and can readily handle organizational complexities, achieving desired results through focus on organization, coordination, and staff support. Randy is currently leading the Healthcare Advisory Board for HCTec. He has over 30 years experience in all aspects of Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) and has held various leadership roles for healthcare and pharmaceutical services organizations throughout his career. Mitch is a proven healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in both the healthcare IT and Medical device space. He has expertise in introducing new solutions to market as with our Managed Services and has led business development, sales, strategy and delivery teams at multi-billion dollar companies as well as startups. Rob is responsible for the development and execution of HCTec’s marketing strategies, brand management, demand generation, customer acquisition and retention.
