Rick, our general contractor, has over 34 years experience in construction and home inspections. He has been in the Naples area since 1978 starting as a union carpenter and evolving to building superintendent for many local builders. In 2003 he obtained his State General Contractor License and became Hayse Homes Inc. He also has degrees in both business and in accounting. He will work with any budget to give you the best outcome to meet your needs. There are many ways to cut cost without sacrificing quality. He can help you make the right chooses and will make sure that the finished project will be exactly the way you want. Rick has done inspections for Citizens Insurance and has many years experience in the home inspection business. Rick is international association of home inspectors certified and has gone through the American Society of home inspectors extensive courses also. He has done inspections for years for one of the largest home inspectors in Naples through Ft. Myers. He caries the State of Florida Certified Home Inspectors license also. Debra, our designer, has over 20 years experience in designing from every aspect you could imagine. She is from Chicago and has lived in Florida for 15 years. Deb has done many remodel jobs in SW Florida from totally torn down walls to layout new ones and knows how to make a place flow. She will work with any budget to help you make the best choices for your home. Deb can get involved at any level and can show you what choices to pick from and make suggestions as to what the final project will look like. We have been in construction in Naples Florida for over 33 years and have the experience to build whatever you may want. We have done commercial projects, new houses, and many remodeling projects. We give free in house consultations to help you decide the best way to accomplish your goals. If you are living out of town and want something done in Naples, Bonita Springs or Ft Myers, we know how to stay in touch and let you know what is going on every step of the way. Almost half of our clients have part time homes here and live elsewhere. We will keep in close contact and send pictures as the remodel progresses. We help in making selections and sending information back and forth to make sure what you want is what you get. We are flexible as to the amount of involvement you choose to participate. Good contractors can supply references. We do not give these out until we have gone far enough through the process to have our past clients subjected to phone calls. We will give references when we are in agreement that the project can happen.
