Incorporated in 1990, father and son, Eugene and Michael Hayes founded Hayes Software Systems to provide software solutions that empowered school administrators. As Vice President, Michael Hayes was originally responsible for software engineering, eventually leading to a promotion as the company's President in 2000, and then CEO in 2004. In 2016, Michael Hayes transitioned to Chairman of Hayes' Board of Directors, appointing Matt Winebright as the company's new CEO and President. With nearly 20 years of experience working with educators in the K-12 market, including four years in multiple leadership roles at Hayes, Mr. Winebright has been instrumental in the company's continued growth and success. Nearly a year later, Hayes Software Systems announced its acquisition by private investment firm, Hayes is the expert in operational and instructional asset inventory control solutions and services for education. We Offer Products and Services That Match Our Customers' Needs Mr. Matt Winebright guides Hayes Software Systems' strategic vision and operations. Mr. Winebright joined Hayes in January of 2012. In his previous position as Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Strategy, he was instrumental in building and overseeing Hayes’ sales and business development division, driving exponential growth over his tenure with the company. Overall, Mr. Winebright has nearly 20 years of experience working with educators in the K-12 market and on projects with some of the largest school districts in the country. Ms. Anna Maxin helps navigate the strategic growth of the company and is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing key performance initiatives. Throughout her tenure at Hayes, Ms. Maxin has managed the entire product line lifecycle as well as critical marketing and sales tactics. Overall, Ms. Maxin has more than 15 years of experience working in the software industry and holds a certification in IT Asset Management. Ms. Laura Sager is the technical liaison for system installation as well as technical and database questions regarding applications. Ms. Sager joined HSS in 1999 with a strong background in developing applications on Microsoft platforms. Ms. Sager oversees all product development, testing and integrations. Ms. Sager graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University, and earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Texas State University. Ms.Debbie Disler is the central contact for training and support. Ms. Disler seeks new exciting methods of delivering training and customer support while acting as liaison to product development. Debbie came to Hayes in 2000 with 15 years of experience working for a fast growing school district in the central Texas area. She spent 13 years as a district textbook coordinator and coordinator of the district’s reporting of student, staff and financial data to the state education agency through the Public Education Information Management System.
